The safety of our clients, staff, and community are of the highest importance during the pandemic. We have restructured our studio and implemented new policies and procedures to ensure a safe recording environment that adheres to local and state guidelines and ensures our clients can record in comfort and safety.
In accordance with city guideline 22.214.171.124 and state guideline exception clause 10, our studio space is set up for our clients to record their podcasts. As part of our current operations, we limit our space to two podcasters in a studio room at a time. They will sit at separate tables across from the room from each other at least 8′ apart.
All guests MUST WEAR MASKS upon entry and exit of our building. No exceptions. Guests may only remove their mask once they are seated in the studio recording space. If they need to leave the recording space to go to the lobby, use the restroom, or exit the building, they must wear their mask.
Our engineering table now sits outside the rooms so we can safely monitor sessions.
Between recording sessions we ensure fully cleaned and disinfected rooms, mics, and equipment.
By using our services, you agree that you are comfortable being in the same room with your fellow podcaster for the purpose of recording a podcast for your audience. If at any time you feel uncomfortable, please let us know and we will work to make other accommodations.
If you are feeling sick or have a fever, please DO NOT COME IN.
Both our audio and video services, including live-streaming, are available. And we can connect you with guests remotely through whichever platform you prefer (Zoom, Skype, etc).
Our goal is to make this an easy, safe, and comfortable recording experience for you. If you have any questions, please let us know.
